Reliant Security Continues Growth and Momentum with Appointment of Vice President of Sales
New York, NY April 1, 2010 - Reliant Security, the leading vendor of integrated products and services platforms for PCI compliance today announced that it has hired Steve Oakie as Vice President of Sales, in its New York City headquarters. Mr. Oakie will be responsible for leading Reliant Security’s sales, marketing and customer service efforts designed to strengthen brand awareness, gain market share and drive sales. The addition of Mr. Oakie to the Reliant Security management team will further accelerate the growth and market momentum that the company has experienced in the last year.
Mr. Oakie comes to Reliant Security with over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and sales consulting for retail business software and services. Steve recently served as Senior Vice President of Business Development for Alvanon Inc, a consulting services provider to the retail apparel industry. Prior to his tenure at Alvanon, Steve managed North American Sales for the Retail Division of Epicor Software, a global ERP Software Company. Steve began his sales and marketing career at Novartis Pharmaceuticals in East Hanover, NJ.
